Interpretation

 

The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions. The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.

 

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

  • Affiliate means an entity that controls, is controlled by or is under common control with a party, where “control” means ownership of 50% or more of the shares, equity interest or other securities entitled to vote for election of directors or other managing authority.
  • Country refers to: Texas, United States.

Text Messaging Communications (SMS)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive text messages from Navigate Property Management, you agree to the following:

  • Consent: You consent to receive recurring text messages (SMS/MMS) from Navigate Property Management for purposes including, but not limited to, property updates, maintenance notifications, account alerts, and promotional offers. Consent is not a condition of any purchase or service.
  • Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time.
  • Assistance: If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance, or you can get help directly at support@nmcpropertymanagement.com.
  • Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us and your account status.
  • Rates: Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
  • Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers (such as AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, etc.) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
 
Intellectual Property

 

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries.
