Ernesto’s real estate story began in Brooklyn, NY, where his grandfather owned two multifamily units and his mother served as the superintendent ... As a child, he’d help collect rent while building relationships with tenants—an experience that instilled his people-first mindset and entrepreneurial drive. That heart for service and systems now guides everything we do at Navigate.
Judy Andujar
CHIEF COMPLIANCE OFFICER
Judy brings a powerhouse blend of sales savvy and community warmth. A former million-dollar healthcare business developer turned real estate force, ... she oversees Navigate’s brand and client experience. Whether launching a marketing campaign or welcoming a new owner, Judy ensures Navigate always feels like home. She’s also the unofficial “mama bear” of our energetic team (and her energetic household of four kids).

OPERATIONS MANAGER
Steve’s journey combines construction knowledge, ministry leadership, and insurance expertise. Raised in a family of general... contractors and seasoned by 26 years in pastoral service, Steve is passionate about people and purpose. He’s a key force behind Navigate’s growth and outreach, always anchored by his faith and his love for family.
Christine Meynell
PROJECT MANAGER
Christine Meynell is one of the Senior Property Managers at Navigate Property Management. She is an accomplished Manager offering 18 years of professional experience with the last ten years focused on consultancy and investment management. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. She has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from small to large portfolios. Christine is known for being a problem solver, effective communicator, relationship builder and thought leader. Her career started by learning every role in a Property Management office and continued to grow into Multi Family management. She has a strong background in accounting and property management bookkeeping.

Kayla is known for her hands-on leadership and dedication to operational excellence. She ensures that every property under her care runs smoothly from maintenance coordination and vendor management to resident satisfaction. With a strong background in service operations and a commitment to timely, high-quality results, Kayla bridges the gap between tenants, vendors, and property owners. Her proactive mindset and clear communication help create seamless experiences for both residents and the Navigate team.

Analia Lewis is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience specializing in single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, acquisitions, and property management. She has successfully overseen and managed hundreds of rental units, working closely with institutional investors and private owners to maximize asset performance and long-term value.
