Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.

You may opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to a text message. Message and data rates may apply. Frequency of messages varies.



5. Use of the Website and Portals

Users agree not to misuse Navigate’s website or portals. This includes, but is not limited to:
 • Attempting to access other user accounts or personal data.
 • Uploading malicious software or spam.
 • Using our content for unauthorized commercial purposes.

Navigate reserves the right to suspend access for violation of these terms.
