Ernesto’s real estate story began in Brooklyn, NY, where his grandfather owned two multifamily units and his mother served as the superintendent ...  As a child, he’d help collect rent while building relationships with tenants—an experience that instilled his people-first mindset and entrepreneurial drive. That heart for service and systems now guides everything we do at Navigate.

Judy brings a powerhouse blend of sales savvy and community warmth. A former million-dollar healthcare business developer turned real estate force, ... she oversees Navigate’s brand and client experience. Whether launching a marketing campaign or welcoming a new owner, Judy ensures Navigate always feels like home. She’s also the unofficial “mama bear” of our energetic team (and her energetic household of four kids).

Her proactive mindset and clear communication help create seamless experiences for both residents and the Navigate team.

PORTFOLIO MANAGER

Ana Lewis is a seasoned real estate professional with over a decade of experience specializing in single-family rental (SFR) portfolios, acquisitions, and property management. She has successfully overseen and managed hundreds of rental units, working closely with institutional investors and private owners to maximize asset performance and long-term value.
