Steve uniquely fuses his love for people and properties. He grew up in the industry, having a father and uncles who were General Contractors, and has worked in a professional capacity for both residential and commercial construction. After serving 26 years as a full time pastor and missions director for college students, Steve made a career shift into insurance adjusting. This allowed for a smooth transition into working with Navigate and being able to merge his various gifts and expertise. Having managed many teams over the years, his leadership is apparent and has greatly increased the organization's capacity! Steve is married to his bride of 27 years who he is more in love with today than when they first married. They have four adult children and one grandson who bring them great joy!
