Ernesto’s first experience with real estate started with his grandfather. His grandfather owned two multi-family units in Brooklyn, NY, and his mother was the superintendent for both investments. As a little boy he would take a walk with his mother to knock on each door and collect rent, while creating relationships with the tenants and their families. This relational family business model stirred a passion for real estate within Ernesto. Now, Ernesto’s love for real estate is being pumped into the very heart of Navigate Management Company.

Judy has a vibrant background in sales and marketing. She has overseen special projects, strategic partnerships, campaigns, and branding efforts across North Texas for property management companies. Previous to real estate, she was a million dollar producer in healthcare business development. Judy is an active mother and finds pride in overseeing her energetic home of four children, as well as in her efforts to make Navigate Management Company a home for property owners. She loves the North Texas lifestyle, cooking for friends and family, gardening and reading. She strives to make every place she works a thriving reflection of her own positivity. After 26 years of pastoral ministry, he seamlessly transitioned into insurance adjusting at Navigate, leveraging his diverse background to drive organizational success. A devoted family man, Steve cherishes his 30-year marriage, four adult children, and grandson, guided by his faith and the belief that "Children are a heritage from the LORD" (Psalm 127:3), embodying a life rich in professional excellence and personal values.

He grew up in the industry, having a father and uncles who were General Contractors, and has worked in a professional capacity for both residential and commercial construction. After serving 26 years as a full time pastor and missions director for college students, Steve made a career shift into insurance adjusting. This allowed for a smooth transition into working with Navigate and being able to merge his various gifts and expertise. Having managed many teams over the years, his leadership is apparent and has greatly increased the organization's capacity! Steve is married to his bride of 27 years who he is more in love with today than when they first married. They have four adult children and one grandson who bring them great joy! Steve prioritizes spending time with his biological and church family. He loves to share his heartfelt belief that “Children are a heritage from the LORD, offspring a reward from him.”

She is an accomplished Manager offering 18 years of professional experience with the last ten years focused on consultancy and investment management. Her focus is delivering strong financial results, cost saving strategies, process streamlining, resource management, and excellent customer service. She has provided management services to a variety of different clients ranging from small to large portfolios. She has a strong background in accounting and property management bookkeeping. Christine is a licensed Realtor and Community Association manager. She has sat on the board of directors in several HOA communities.
